A guide to Bike Fitting

Senior fit expert James from the high-end Cycle Evolution store will be talking through how bike fitting can benefit an individual on a bike in a lot more ways than you can think. Including:

  • How using the Retul Muve bike, takes out the centimetre limitations on most bike fits and can use millimetre precision to get the rider in the best position for their body.

  • How the Retul Vantage Motion Capture System can track every contact point and moving element on the rider, and then calculate how the angles are compared to the absolute ideal flexion of every moving joint.

  • How a pre-assessment will highlight any niggles or pre-existing issues that will affect how one can sit on a bike.

  • How a fatigue reducing fit can significantly improve your power output and lead to having a lot more fun on the bike.

These points are barley scratching the surface on what is included in the best 'fit' with them, one which we carry out on 1000's of happy customers! But it's worth far more than any bike accessory you could purchase and James will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

They will also be showing some new Wahoo technology and why this makes the brand the most future developed company in the cycling market today. Including their new GPS computers and their revolutionary Turbo trainers used by Team Sky.
